Classic Bostonian shoe As
always, Bostonians fit well and look neat and polished, you
won't be mistaken for a Fashionista but that can be a good
thing in a professional position. These felt a bit stiff and
had to be broken in, but no worse than any other pair of new
shoes, Great shoe - I have had this shoe both in Brown and
Black. After three years, I needed to replace the Brown pair
they still look good, but were beginning to wear on the
inside. They actually looked better out of the box than my
first pair which I purchased in a dept. The shoe starts a
little snug, but within a week or two, they are a perfect fit
for my foot, Break In Pain, But Good Looking I wanted a shoe
that I could wear with a suit or with jeans and the Phoenix
definitely fit the bill. I have worn the shoes for prolonged
periods of time, maybe four times now. The first time I put
the shoes on, I had a blister on one of my heels within 10
minutes of walking. This is definitely a shoe that requires a
break in period, and you just have to tough it out. With the
break in process pretty much complete, the shoe feels more
comfortable and I suspect that feeling will improve as I wear
the shoes.
