Please bring back the
brooks, I bought a pair of these last year and trained and ran
a full marathon this spring, qualifying in them for the
Marathon. Brooks Axiom line has been a better long distance
shoe for me. I am not sure what exactly they changed from the
Axiom 1, to Axiom 2, but they don't fit as well, Not bad, but
not impressed. I love the way this shoe fits. It holds my heel
very well, but it has its flaws. This is not a bad shoe, but
it's durability I am beginning to question. I have just passed
300 miles on these shoes, and I'm definitely feeling the need
to get a new pair of running shoes, when I had hoped to go
another 100 miles or so. I don't think I will buy these again,
but they are not a bad shoe, Quality Running Shoe, This shoe
is incredible. I love how it breathes, love the support, and
love how it is comfortable. I gave it 3 stars on look - but to
be fair, I think ALL running shoes look horrible. At least
these are kinda interesting, Microfiber and Air Mesh upper,
Heel and Forefoot Hydroflow enhanced midsole cushioning offers
shock dampening and comfort, Full Length S-257 Midsole
provides excellent energy return and cushioning, Dual Diagonal
Rollbars allows for progressive pronation control and creates
a smoother transition from the midstance phase to propulsion
phase.
